It’s a savvy CEO and GM Culture who prepares their workforce for the Future of Work. It was my privilege to work with Patti Eyers and Scott Diprose at First Mortgage Services over the last two weeks.
We led all of their team leads and managers through a simulation (based on the Planet FOW) to get them to think about structuring their workforce and work environment to incorporate the use of technology and AI and then how to recruit for those irreplaceable human skills and how to retain a workforce that expects flexibility, autonomy and collaboration. One which cannot be micro-managed and has many other options.
It was great fun and I find the best workshops are those where the participants teach themselves (with a bit of guidance and parameters from the facilitator). 🙂
