This week I’m inspired by 3 things that that are proving we are finally moving into an age where humans are being treated as humans in the workplace and not as assets.

The first is the 101 incredible people honored by Inspiring Workplaces (of which I’m humbled to be a part) whose work directly impacts this.

The second is an incredible video from Margy Feldhuhn on the difference between empathy and compassion and how empathy can pull you down while compassion helps to lift the other person up. View that here:

And the third is a great article from McKinsey on the hidden perils to leadership from unresolved grief. This is not something I’d ever considered before, but the article is compelling.
