Having said that, Exit Interviews can be very helpful if you start to experience an uptick in employee turnover. Which many employers are in today’s market.

I was recently asked by my friend and colleague Elise Keith of Lucid Meetings to develop a piece on exit interviews to help businesses with the “turnover tsunami” that is heading our way. Her words and, I think, an apt description.
