I was incredibly honored to be asked to contribute an opinion piece to The CEO Magazine Global offering my advice to CEOs and senior leaders navigating the great resignation and #hybridwork. As usual, I didn’t mince words.

It’s tough medicine for some but I’d rather share a realistic view of the world based on my extensive research work with some of the world’s most innovative brands than to fiddle while Rome burns.

I truly think we have a unique opportunity to reimagine the world of work and I know that those companies who do not will not be around by the end of this decade. I’m not being hyperbolic nor am I scare mongering.

I’m issuing a wake up call and (hopefully) helping to lead the charge (one of many like-minded change leaders out there to be sure!) to help companies navigate these challenging and exhilarating times.
