Saturday session? No problem! Not when it’s with a group of about 100 Associates and many senior leaders from across the globe for Hatch who are up for a challenge in thinking differently about employee retention and the future of work.

Here’s what I LOVED about the discussion. Starting with CEO, John Bianchini the group was open to new suggestions but not afraid to challenge my thinking. They were truly up for a discussion that stretched them.

Here’s what I LOVE about the company…
✅ They have an incredible purpose statement, “Passionately committed to the pursuit of a better world through positive change” which they live and breathe. It’s not just words on a page.
✅ This is backed up by their Manifesto that clearly articulates who they are and what they stand for.
✅ They are unapologetic and know they are not a company that suits everyone.

There is so much right about all of this.
