
COVID-19 was the first (and hopefully most significant) disruption of this decade but the futurists, demographers and economists tell us that it will certainly won’t be the last. In order to not only survive but thrive through this decade of disruption, we must reimagine our old school people practices.
We must understand and embrace the Future (Now) of Work and the new breed of leader required to navigate our organizations through the challenges and opportunities we will all face.
